Processing Time
All orders are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be printed, packed, and shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
Canada: 7–15 business days after fulfillment
International Orders (coming soon): Shipping times vary by destination.
Please note: Estimated delivery times are averages and may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Coffee & Food Items
Our Wildwood Valley Coffee blends currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
These products are roasted and packaged in small batches for freshness.
Other Products
Apparel, candles, mugs, and accessories are produced and shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on availability.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please check your tracking link for the most accurate updates on your order’s progress.
If a package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local postal carrier first, then reach out to us at greencountrygiftsok.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain international destinations.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to location limits, you’ll be notified and refunded promptly.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (once available), the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
